BUDGETING FOR A POOL BUILD
Below are general estimates to help budget for your pool build. Your build site will also have a big impact on your budget. If you have a wide open, mostly flat build site, your money will go farther toward the pool design and wants. If you have restricted access or elevation change, this will add costs to your project build.

Pool only – starts at $60,000
An example of a project in the $60k range would be a pool about 28′ long with depth maximum of 5-6′ and a minimal amount of concrete, pebble plaster, color light, and minimum upgrades.
Pro Tip: your money will go further on a freeform design versus a straight line design.
Our average pool only build at Farmhouse Pools is $85,000 as most clients want a few upgrades or have a yard that needs some elevation designed into pool.
Pool and Spa – starts at $85,000
A spa will generally add $20,000-$25,000 to your pool’s cost depending on the scale and scope. This includes the heater and gas for the project.
A raised spa with a spillover is more expensive than a flush spa.
Our average pool and spa build at Farmhouse Pools is $115,000 as most clients want a few upgrades or have a yard that needs some elevation designed into project.

FINANCE PARTNERS
There are many ways to finance a pool, such as home improvement, home equity, or even an unsecured loan or line of credit. Most of our clients choose a combination of cash and unsecured loan. Lyon Financial Services is our top client’s pick for unsecured loans. They have long terms, great rates, and make it very easy to get a pool loan as this is their specialty. Additionally, they are Veteran owned and offer specials for those serve or have served in our Armed Forces.
As pool costs are a larger ticket item, Farmhouse Pools does not accept credit cards for payments. We can make exceptions, but the current market merchant fee will be added.
