Christy and Dennis are fantastic. We interviewed several builders and provided the same rough idea but wanted a unique design. Christy move than delivered and the actual pool quality and design was better than the illustration. Like with any build, we ran into a couple of challenges but Dennis and Christy really care about their customer, brand and overall quality. This is evident by how they are eager to point out small issues and fix them quickly. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I can tell you not building with Farmhouse is a mistake. We had the best experience with this company. From design to the finished product, everything was smooth and went well. We absolutely love our pool! Christy and Dennis were very flexible when needed and they were friendly all the time. They listened to our vision and brought it to life while being super conscious of our budget. We had an issue with electrical wiring being where we wanted the pool to go and Christy quickly came up with a new plan to make it work and still be within our budget. We contracted Farmhouse pools to build our pool and outdoor living space and couldn't be happier. We had multiple bids, but we felt like Christy and Dennis were the only ones that saw our vision for our backyard. They patiently worked with us, walking us through every stage of the project. A project manager was onsite every day the contractors were working, and had no problem making the contractors redo something if it wasn't up to their, or our, standards. Their communication was top notch. Every text and phone call was answered immediately with a 'what can we do' attitude. Even now that our project is complete they remain available for maintenance questions and hand-holding (we're pool newbies 😉). Hire them! If you don't, you'll wish you had.

Overall, a great experience; we would highly recommend Farmhouse. Excellent communication throughout the process, excellent rapport during design and negotiations; smooth build; felt that Farmhouse genuinely wanted us to be happy. Design: Knew what we wanted, great job visualizing it for us. Stood out for attention to detail and responsiveness. We got multiple bids and Farmhouse were (by far) the best to work with during the process – very timely and personable. Cost: Worked with us to get to an acceptable price and we feel we got good value for what we paid. They were transparent with great communication. Build: On time and met all expectations. Very good at keeping us informed on status. Saw the project manager every day there was a contractor on site. Also, any time it rained, he was out to make sure everything was OK. If it was a weekend, Christy would sometimes come out herself. She also visited the site regularly. PM held contractors to high standards and no issues making them re-do work that was not up to his or our standards. Aftercare: Responsive and patient. Available even on evenings and weekends; always available to answer questions. Pool school was thorough.

Farmhouse pools did an amazing job! Gave us exactly what we wanted. Were very organized and transparent. Contractors were all great respectful of property. If I ever build another pool we would 100% build with Farmhouse agian.

Christy was wonderful to work with. She did everything she said she would and also in the time frame she promised. Communication was very fast! Any questions, Christy was on it. Christy also has a wonderful eye for design and was able to help us design a pool, tanning ledge, spa area that made sense for our family that was aesthetically pleasing and also worked with the our backyard. Christy quickly learned our style and needs and had great suggestions for our project. Another team member, Kevin was on site at least every day that any work was being done managing construction and overseeing the trades people. We hired Farmhouse Pools after obtaining quotes from 4 companies. Christy provided transparency, she was honest and provided expensive and reasonable options for every part of our pool which allowed us to make decisions knowing exactly what we were getting. Such a great experience with Farmhouse pools. From the beginning their communication was top notch! When it came time to start our pool they always had someone in charge on site I could speak with, if I wasn’t around they sent pictures to update me on the progress or let me know about issues. Come completion time we had a minor concrete issue they came and fixed it. Fast forward 3.5 months later and they still answer when I call or text about a question or issue! Is WOW enough? This is not the first pool I have had built I can tell you the experience with Farmhouse Pools is leaps and bounds ahead of previous experiences. Farmhouse pools kept me updated every step of the way, If I had a question I would have the answer within an hour if not sooner. They let me know ever step of the way when they would be out if something caused a delay (weather) I knew immediately also what their recovery plan to get back on schedule was. We love the pool, and appreciate their standard/included features that are above and beyond. The oversized drain, two skimmers, umbrella sockets, and quality pool equipment. We did have some issues with drainage, and a couple things overlooked on the layout. But ultimately, Christy pulled through for us with integrity and good buisness practices.
